The Organization offers different transportation options to the teams in

FLAT FEE: 130 €/PER PERSON (VAT INCLUDED)

From Friday, June 21 to Wednesday, June 26 at 10:00 p.m.
Includes transfers from the accommodation to all tournament matches played by the team and return to the hotels. Transfer schedules will be adjusted to the teams’ match schedules.
Includes transfer to the celebration party.
It does not include transfers to the airport, nor to optional activities.
It may be necessary to share a bus with other teams in the tournament.

OTHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Transfer from the Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas airport to the accommodation:

Night shift bonus: 2 €/hour.
(Applicable to each hour of work done between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM).

* In the event that the expedition has 2 or more hotels assigned, as many transportation reservations must be made as stipulated hotels.
* Companions/family members who stay in hotels other than the players cannot hire the flat rate service.
