The Organization offers different transportation options to the teams participating in MADCUP 2022:

BUS AT FREE DISPOSAL OF THE TEAM

The service includes:

• Daily bus/driver availability. (check option Free bus available)
  • From 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – 12 hours a day/6 days (from June 24 to 29, both inclusive).
  • Maximum daily mileage: 350 km.
  • Due to organizational needs (including those of adapting to the schedules of the incoming and outgoing flights), the clubs may modify the start time of the provisions (10:00 a.m.), but always respecting the maximum time of availability of the driver (12 hours) and the daily rest of 11 uninterrupted hours between the end of a provision and the beginning of the next.
  • The beginning of the provision is understood to be the appointment time of the bus and the end of the provision is the time the club is dropped off at the hotel.
• Transfer from and to the Barajas-Adolfo Suarez Airport (check the option Free bus available + Transfer)
  • If your incoming or outgoing flight is within the contracted dates for the available bus (from June 24 to 29, both inclusive).
  • For trips to the airport, €16 will be paid for driver luggage assistance for each transfer.

TRANSFER SERVICE

Transportation service from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport.

This service is addressed to:

• Clubs that have not contracted the bus available to the previous option (check Transfer option)
• Clubs that have contracted the bus available for the previous option, but the incoming or outgoing flights from or to Barajas airport are on different days than the days contracted for the Bus available – June 24/29 – (check Free bus available + Transfer)

Supplement of €2/night hour for transfer services made between 10:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.

OTHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

In addition to the two previous options, it is possible that the club has other transportation needs for companions or family members and even directors. In this case, please, in the Other transport services option, fill in the Service description field
